The reservation does not guarantee the location of the table at the time of booking. At all times, we will proceed to the entry of special requests regarding the location of each reservation table, unable to guarantee them at any time.

The customer can at any cancel or modify your reservation by contacting in writing or by phone directly with the restaurant time. Should the client not be present without giving advance notice, we will cancel the last reserve margin stipulated. The margin of tolerance specified for delays in bookings is 15 minutes.

The customer agrees to use the services in accordance with the law, morals, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these terms and / or general conditions. Can I cancel my reservation?

What if I do not attend my reservation?

We always double check, sending our customers a mail and SMS to confirm attendance

Cancellation policy for over 10 people groups, a credit card is requested upon reservation, in which there is no charge is made, will only be used if NO ASSISTANCE restaurant on day and time of your reservation corresponding without notice, then cancellation policy applies charging a fine of € 10 per person booked. These group bookings are requested to cancel at least 24 hours in case of any changes in number of attendees or arrival time they have to communicate in writing to mail that is sent when booking.
