The chef Nadeem, a native of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, the basis of the Nawabs and the Moghul cuisine, you move to the more traditional India with its classic recipes, but adding his distinctive touch fruits of his travels in Asia and Oceania, and now Spain, but the spices and flavors of his childhood being always present, one of their favorite dishes in biryani, a rice dish with meat that develops in the restaurant as did his mother.
